Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option points people to the book you've already written, Wake Up Wealthier, with one keyword: “WEALTHIER”. Each banner is also shown at phone size so you can see it reads.

Every banner and Featured tile, full size, ready to upload.

Your plan

Who: busy Aussie PAYG professionals and parents on $200–250K who want their first or next investment property.

The workshop: a private evening session, "Two properties for the cost of one", walking through the $250K PAYG family who bought their second property with one deposit.

Your profile: every banner and headline tells the same "buy well, not in a hotspot" story. "WEALTHIER" gets people your free book, and its 3 key indicators are on the workshop agenda.

Who gets what: the one-shot DM goes to anyone who likes, comments or connects. The workshop invites go to your target list of PAYG professionals and parents. Never both to the same person in the same week.

The one-shot DM

Send this to anyone who likes or comments on one of your posts, or anyone you've just connected with. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Your message

Hey [FIRST NAME] - I'm just about to head out the door to pick the boys up and thought I'd send this through to you quickly before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I'm Niro. I've been investing in property since 2002 and I run Investment Rise. We help busy Aussie professionals buy investment property for less than what others are willing to pay, in the locations with the best growth.

I took a look at your profile, and you reminded me of [CLIENT NAME] I was just on the phone with.

[RESULT: e.g. we found him a property that was cash flow positive for the 4 years he held it, with zero days vacancy].

The reason it works so well is because we don't chase investor hotspots. We buy where demand is stronger than supply, and we negotiate hard, so our clients have bought over $99.2 million of property this way.

It's taken me more than 20 years of buying my own properties (including a couple of dumb ones early on) to really dial this in.

And right now, we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the investor hotspot hype isn't a big fan of us haha. But I don't mind, the more everyday Aussies who buy well, the better.

Anyway, I really gotta go or the boys will be late for [ACTIVITY, e.g. cricket].

I'd be happy to walk you through how it works? I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow?

If not, no biggie at all. Happy to just send you a free copy of my book, Wake Up Wealthier, instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Niro

What goes in each gap

  • [TOPIC]: the post they reacted to. For a new connection, use “thanks for connecting!”.
  • [CLIENT NAME] + [RESULT]: a real client who looks like this person. From your site: Pranaven, cash flow positive for 4 years with zero days vacancy and a 400% return on his initial investment when he sold. Ben, 4 properties in 4 years. Pavan, cash flow positive and rented almost immediately.
  • [THE OFFER]: whatever you're running now, such as a free strategy call with you personally.
  • [ACTIVITY] and the times: whatever the boys actually have on (cricket?), and two real slots tomorrow.

Invite them to a workshop

A second way in. Invite your best-fit people to a small, private session. The first two messages only ask if they'd like to come. The link only goes out in the last one, or once they say yes. Swap the [highlighted] bits yourself; the {curly} bits fill in automatically.

Why this workshop: It's built on the $250K PAYG family from your 14 September post: they bought their first property for $700,000 with $105,000 cash, it was valued at $950,000 two years later, and they used part of the $130,000 equity as the deposit for property #2. Two properties now cost them the same as one. Your buyers have never seen a real family's numbers laid out like that.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE]." Then carry on with the invite.

The workshop

Two properties for the cost of one

A private evening session for [SEATS, e.g. 15] busy PAYG professionals and parents, in [PLACE] on {Day + date}, straight after work. 90 minutes. If your people are interstate, run it on Zoom instead.

  • The $250K PAYG family who bought property #2 with one deposit, number by number.
  • The 3 key indicators you look for to know when and where to buy (from Wake Up Wealthier).
  • Why investor hotspots and house-and-land packages look great until the maths breaks.

Make it personal

Add one of these before "I'm hosting"
  • Their work: "I know how flat out things get at {Company}, especially [e.g. at end of financial year]."
  • Their role: "I've been helping a few [ROLE, e.g. doctors and engineers] lately who are earning well but still don't feel ahead."
  • A past chat: "I remember we were chatting about [X, e.g. buying in Brisbane] at [WHERE, e.g. the school fete]."
  • Their recent post: "I saw your post about [TOPIC, e.g. the new tax changes]."
Problems to drop into the follow-up
  • "paying 47c of every extra dollar over $190K in tax"
  • "being told to buy a house-and-land package for the tax benefits"
  • "waiting for the market to crash while prices keep going up"
  • "being too busy with work to research where to buy"

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for busy PAYG families in [PLACE] on {Day + date}, walking through how a $250K PAYG family in their 40s bought their second investment property with one deposit, so both now cost them the same as one.

1. The invite: time-poor professional couples (the 4-in-4 story)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for busy professionals in [PLACE] on {Day + date}, walking through how one couple bought 4 investment properties with us in 4 years, without it taking over their lives.

1. The invite: first-time investors who want cash flow (the Pranaven story)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for first-time property investors in [PLACE] on {Day + date}, walking through how one client's property stayed cash flow positive for the 4 years he held it, with zero days vacancy, then made a 400% return on his initial investment when he sold.

Would you like to come?

Example (made up, to show a filled-in invite)

Hey Priya, I know this is a bit random.

I saw your post about the new tax changes, and I'm hosting a small workshop for busy PAYG families in Parramatta on Thursday 22 October, walking through how a $250K PAYG family in their 40s bought their second investment property with one deposit, so both now cost them the same as one.

Would you like to come?

2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [A PEER LIKE THEM, e.g. a couple of junior doctors] who's stuck on [PROBLEM], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Keen to come?

3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It'll be a room of [SEATS] busy PAYG families on {Day + date}, and we'll go deep on exactly how that family used the bank's money, not their savings, for the second deposit.

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call to hear what you'd most like to get out of it and run you through who else is in the room.

And if you're snowed under, no biggie at all. Just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

Who gets which

Send it to
  • The two-properties invite: families and couples on $200–250K PAYG, usually in their 40s, who already own a home or one investment.
  • The 4-in-4 invite: busy professional couples (doctors, engineers, IT, consultants) who keep saying they're too busy.
  • The Pranaven invite: first-time investors who care most about cash flow.
  • Pull them from your connections first, then new connections once they accept. The one-shot DM stays for people who like, comment or connect.
Before it goes live

Four quick checks

  • Add your website to LinkedIn. Your profile has no website link right now, so the only way to the book is the Featured item. Add investmentrise.com.au in Edit intro → Website.
  • Pick one book subtitle. The 2026 cover says “How to build a property portfolio that gives you true wealth”; your About says “…That Pays You An Income Every Month”. Use the cover's line everywhere.
  • Lock the workshop. Pick the date, the place, the number of seats and a booking link, then swap them into the invites. Check the $250K PAYG family from your 14 September post is happy for you to walk through their numbers.
  • Put the Build Magazine award in your About. It's on your current banner and option 4 uses it, but it isn't in your About or on your site yet. One line there backs it up.
